Compact Pocket Blanket

I’ve always wanted a blanket that I could put in my back pocket and bring to the beach, without needing to carry a big bulky blanket. Can’t believe I found one that does the job, waterproof, and cool looking! Very happy with the purchase, would totally recommend to anyone who’s looking for a cool and convenient beach towel.

Purchased one for a Christmas Gift. My husband liked it so much he asked me to order one for him and each of our boys.Compact and as advertised.

Awesome little tarp/blanket. Bought it for my dog to lay on when we camp, but she always prefers the dirt/ground. However, I brought it lots of places to sit on, beach, campfire, etc. I used it as a little rain tarp when it was pouring and although not its intended purpose, worked quite well! I like the little sand pockets and the stakes. Easy to use and keep clean. Recommend!

Why is it better than the Matador blanket it's so obviously copying? Well because it's the exact same thing and yet it's cheaper. Bought the Matador for my mother in law, bought this one for myself. Used it while playing Pokemon Go at a decently damp park. No water soaked through. The built-in slots for the stakes are a nice touch that keep them from ripping the blanket when you pack it up.

It was smaller than I realized but functional, works very but I wished it was maybe wider each way.

We used this at Disney and it was ideal. It fit in our backpacks and folded up easily. We used it to watch the parade and later to cover up with when it got a little colder. Looking forward to taking it to the beach as well.

Two things I already love about my Oceas blanket.One: It fits back in its carrying pouch with no struggle (Oceas can you design a sleeping bag and tent that do this too lol?)& Two: The stakes are attached to the blanket!! Literally the only company I've seen so far to implement this ingenious feature! You will never lose them! Oceas, please make some more gear!

I gave this to my sister because her sons play baseball and sometimes there aren't bleachers so she has to sit on the ground.She couldn't be happier, the compact blanket fits easily in her bag and is obviously less bulky than a folding chair. It kept her dry even though the ground was a bit damp and she was surprised at how easy it was for her to fold it back into the included bag.

These blankets are great! They work well at the beach and at the park. I haven't used the tire downs yet. They seem study and well made.

This blanket is great! Fully waterproof so nothing gets wet. The (almost) square size is great because you don't have to worry about a second person falling hanging on the edge. The stake holes are perfect for a windy day, but in general the blanket tends to stay in place without too much weighing it down.Overall: great product and their larger blanket with the fleece lined side is awesome too!

We use this blanket anytime we are going out to the park. We used it for Pops in the Park and it was perfect to sit on and stay out of the grass!

I love this mat! Ive got a tiny cheap one thats a different brand, and one that is too large of another brand.This one is JUST RIGHT. My husband actually swiped it and has been using it to put his equipment on during outdoor photo shoots. He says its something he didnt know he needed but its come in handy as hes a professional photographer and photojournalist.Im gonna have to order one for myself now!

One of my wife's favorite gifts that I gave her for Christmas. She loves it so much and hasn't even opened it. She doesn't want to take it out of it's bag and mess it up. I suppose that I will need to purchase her another one so that she can actually use one and leave one intact and adore it. True story.

Got a great deal on this and have used it a couple of times. Handy to leave in my car.

Im obsessed with this blanket. One thing I really like is that it folds back up into the pouch very easily without following a folding pattern. The pouch stretches really well, but still very compact. The built in stakes are very useful. Sturdy material. It worked perfect for the music festival I just went to. We got so many compliments and it fit 3-4 of us comfortably

This is a perfect blanket to carry in all your bags!! Its great for a picnic at the park or a day at the beach!! I love how sturdy it is and its a perfect size for me and my family!

Wanted to have this for camping and beach going. It is very compact when in the pouch but a good size once opened up. Sturdy and appears durable.

I have both the Oceas fleece-lined blanket and this pocket-sized mat. The former is a real blanket that is very comfortable to sit on and provides a bit of warmth for cooler days. It's more for planned outings where comfort is important.Because of its size, this lightweight mat is great for just having on hand if you're walking through the park and want a clean, dry place to sit. We often bring both to extend our blanket and have a place to put our bags while we stretch out. I love both for different situations!

Love this blanket. I purchased it for my father who uses a walker. It's compact and we use it to replace an umbrella for when it rains. It's easier to put over him that for him to try and maneuver a walker and a regular umbrella when it rains.

I love this blanket. I was VERY skeptical at first since the package was small, lightweight, and the price seemed a little too good to be true. I took the blanket out, washed it, and hung it out to dry prior to my vacation in Hawaii. I have a 2 year old who isn't a huge fan of sand, but his mom loves the beach so we took this blanket out for a spin. I love that this is small enough to throw in our diaper bag just in case we might need it at the beach or the park. The little metal stakes it comes with did almost nothing to hold down the ends at the beach in the sand but the blanket worked nicely to lay out on with some shoes holding it down from flying away. It was easy to clean off, by shaking it once we were done. It weighs next to nothing and the little bag is nice and easy to stuff it back into. I would definitely recommend keeping this in your car or in your diaper bag if you're on the go. It's a great little product.

I use this for photography ! It is great for keeping gear out of the sand and also works great for blocking unwanted light!

I love this product, been using my blanket for years. It stays in the back of my car for nights on the lawn or cold nights where I need a blanket. Bi would highly recommend you getting one!!!

One of the best things about this blanket is how small it can get. I always leave this blanket in my backpack and it has been a lifesaver. So many uses, I have used it as a covering for a picnic, a table cloth when going to the park, or a makeshift poncho when it suddenly rains. Best of all, the compact size means I don't need to worry about making sure I pack it. I always leave it in my luggage!

I bought this for 1) casual picnic in the park, 2) ground cloth for backpacking. I am satisfied with this product for both of these purposes.Pro:1) it’s light (great to bring on backpacking trip. You can get rid of the little bag to save more weight)2) it’s portable (same benefit as above)3) waterproof (if the ground is wet, the wetness doesn’t seep through)4) big enough as a ground cloth for campingCon:1) slippery (if placed on a slope, and you’re walking on it using socks, then forget it, you’ll slip a bit)2) I keep losing the ground stakes. I’ve never used them.3) not the most comfortable fabric to sit on

This blanket folds up ridiculously small. Like seriously tiny. It's really handy to have a blanket that literally can be shoved in a large pocket. And I'm calling this a blanket, but it's really more of a tarp, suitable for those times you want to sit on the ground without actually sitting on the ground. It's perfect for the beach, hiking, or the impromptu picnic. It's exactly what I expected, but make sure you understand the material and size you're getting so you aren't surprised.

Already had one but needed another for upcoming trip in summer. Love it, lightweight..attaches to be carry on backpack...made well..holds up great in sand and grass!

I love that the blanket really easily folds back into the carrying pouch. It's super lightweight, but still surprisingly big enough to fit me and a few friends.

Works well as advertised. Durable and water resistant. But being so light and compact comes at the cost of making it rather flimsy.

It is well-made and compact. We took it on all our adventures last summer and could not believe how handy it was. It is small and light-weight, so it lived in my hiking back pack. We used it to lay on the grassy field at music festivals, had picnics with it on long hikes and sheltered under it when we got caught in the rain. We love our Oceas blanket!

The size of this when folded is unbelievable! We went on a kayaking trip and the idea is to bring as little as possible or at least little things. You dont want too much weight and this was perfect. Almost forgot I had it in my bad. When opened the size is great to fit a few folks and even some stuff. It will be extremely handy at our upcoming soccer and baseball games!! I cant wait. I am thinking of buying another!

Really great. I already need another one because mine has holes from friction on sand. The weighted edges are great, and can easily tuck sand in the corners if you need more weight.

I think this is a great waterproof picnic mat but calling this a blanket is stretching it. I bought it thinking I could use on a flight to keep warm but it is more like a tarp. Great for anyone looking for something to lay atop or to cover something from rain, not a blanket

I really like that it is so small and portable. We used it on the beach and found the size to be plenty big enough for the 2 of us and our bags. Once ready to go, the sand shook right off. It was a little tricky getting the blanket back into the little bag though because of the metal pieces. I recommend this product.

Bought this for a hiking/camping trip to Washington & Oregon and it worked out great! Its lightweight to carry but super sturdy, used it on sand & rock beaches to stay dry and on trails to keep the dust off when we wanted to rest a while. The built in stakes are handy as well and it folds back up easily. Its a good size for 2 adults to lay on comfortably, or for a picnic.

The pocket blanket is great and looking forward to using it on our beach trip this month.

I absolutely love it! I leave it in my purse especially that the weather is nicer. I have used it at the beach at the park and on a bench to sit ( bcz of covid ). Love it and highly recommend it. I wish if I ordered a bigger one but this one is fabulously amazing

Very light weight. Fits in your hand. Folds easily into the provided pouch. Weighted corners. Comes with the stakes. Great for impromptu ground sitting. Water proof material. My only problem was that it was bigger than I thought it would be, which I didnt think things through before I bought. Great seller.

This pocket blanket has been my savior! I was recently on a date with this girl and thought I would try to spruce up the romance by eating in a park. We use this blanket to sit on at the beach or at a park. I think It works pretty well for what its worth and its a decent size. Its convenient to have on hand when you want to sit somewhere.

Great for our disaster relief bags

Had some time to use this on several occasions. Ive used it on the beach, hiking and at the park. Definitely worth it. Enough room to fit my dog, myself and backpack. The black color I first thought would be a problem but most of the time Im under a shade and no issue. I love how compact this thing is since I use a small backpack most of the time.

I bought this blanket to use for all the outdoor concerts we go. It's so small and easy to pack, but still big enough to easily fit 2 people stretched out on it. The last concert we went to, the security guy couldn't believe a blanket fit in the tiny bag.

This is a very compact blanket that spreads out to a usable size. It does have built in stays that are metal. They won't do much for sand, but in soil they keep it secured in place. Does a good job of keeping moisture away, but is not super insulated. Really handy as an emergency or quick picnic blanket and easy to always have available.

this product does what it says. it does fit two adults on the bach or enough room to sit and have a picknick in the woods. it doesn't collect sand and water just rolls off. the only issue was when there was a strong gust of wing on the beach the stakes did come out and it did try and fly away. but that was easily adjusted by throwing the beach bag in the middle.

I keep this blanket in my car so I can poop down and sit wherever I want. Its waterproof and sand shakes easily off of it. Love it.

This will be perfect for a weekend filled with soccer and baseball games. Easier to carry than the huge one I currently have. I was skeptical about fitting it back in the carrying bag, but the bag is a little stretchy so getting the blanket back in the bag is super easy and takes just seconds. This was a great Christmas gift!

This is super handy! Its so small and clips onto your backpack or belt loop so you can carry it anywhere. The stakes are great because the blanket doesnt move around when you get off of it and then sit back down, which used to happen to me all the time with other blankets I used for camping.

I can't believe how big the actual blanket is inside this tiny pouch. The attached stakes are a nice feature to keep the corners down. Perfect to take backpacking! I keep it in my car's glove box so it's always handy.

I've put this blanket through hell. Used it for picnics, tarps during storms, tent footprint, and it's never showed any signs of wear and tear.

Full disclosure: I have only taken this to the beach once, so I do not know its durability. However, this worked great for that one beach trip- it repels water and it is easy to brush off sand. The corner pockets are great because you can anchor it and also has stakes too

Iam a tour guide and often find myself wondering the streets not knowing where to sit and hang out while I wait for clients. I don't want to pay for a drink somewhere so with my blanket I can find a little spot anywhere and relax. I found it easy to pull out and put back in the little bag.

Great product and even better company. There was a slight issue with the carabiner. When Oceas e-mailed me to ask how I liked the blanket. I told them the truth and they immediately sent me a new one as well as a complimentary 2nd blanket for the hassle. Family picnics all the time, have probably used our pocket blanket upward of 30 times already and shows no sign of wear n tear. Sooo happy with the quality!
